How to Ensure the Diffusion Effect of Scented Candles?

Are you frustrated with the lack of fragrance from your scented candles? Don't worry—this often happens when the candle isn't properly burned the first time. Follow these steps to ensure your candle disperses its scent effectively.

Step 1: The candle comes with a dust cover on the surface. Please remove it before use.

Step 2: The first burn is crucial. Ensure that the top layer of the candle melts completely into a pool of wax. To help with this, you can use our complimentary "Temperature-regulating burner belt."

Attach it to the rim of the container and gently fold it inward. Then, light the candle.

This will help raise the temperature, allowing the top layer of wax to melt quickly. This process prevents the formation of a hollow around the wick during subsequent burns and maximizes the area for essential oils to evaporate.

Step 3: To ensure the candle burns evenly, it's recommended to trim the wick regularly to a length of 3-5 mm, keeping it centered and upright.

Step 4: After extinguishing the flame using the lid, you may notice black smoke residue inside the cover—this is normal and can be wiped off with a damp cloth.

Additionally, since the candle contains natural plant oils, you may notice a slight oil release on the wax surface due to temperature changes—this is also normal.
